Your appointment time is kept specifically for you.
We respectfully ask for a minimum of 48-hour notice should you need to reschedule or are unable to attend your appointment, otherwise another patient will miss out on this appointment.
A fee may be charged proportionate to your appointment length for failing to provide notice and for future appointments we may ask for prepayment to rebook.
Beyond Dental fees may vary depending on the dentist and we reserve the right to change pricing at any time without further notice.
Payment plans may be available for certain services (i.e., orthodontic treatment, implants etc.). These are flexible and interest free, please inquire to confirm if you are a candidate.
Alternatively, we accept all valid dental insurances (e.g. Southern Cross, NIB) or finance could be arranged through our 3rd party partner – Q Mastercard. Please inquire to confirm if you are a candidate before your treatment appointment.
